These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") outline the terms and conditions governing your participation in the urltiger Affiliate Program. By participating in the Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. Please read this Agreement carefully before joining the Affiliate Program.

1. Enrollment in the Affiliate Program:
To become an Affiliate, you can simply share your affiliate link with potential customers. 

2. Commissions:
2.1. For each eligible sale generated through your unique affiliate link or code, you will earn a commission based on a percentage of the sale amount. The commission rate is up to 50% of the total sale amount, as determined by urltiger.
2.2. Commissions are calculated based on the net amount after deducting any discounts, returns, refunds, or chargebacks.
2.3. Commissions will be paid in the currency determined by urltiger, and payment will be made according to the payment schedule specified by urltiger.

3. Marketing and Promotion:
3.1. You agree not to engage in any misleading, deceptive, or unethical marketing practices. Prohibited practices include spamming, false advertising, and any form of incentivized clicks or leads.
3.2. All promotional materials, including text, images, and links, must comply with urltiger's branding guidelines and be approved by URLTiger before use.

4. Termination:
urltiger reserves the right to terminate or suspend your participation in the Affiliate Program at any time for violations of this Agreement, unethical behavior, or any other reason deemed appropriate by urltiger.

5. Confidentiality:
You agree to keep all non-public information regarding the Affiliate Program, including commission rates and performance data, confidential.

6. Modifications:
urltiger reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Affiliate Program, as well as revise these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes.

7. Limitation of Liability:
urltiger shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Affiliate Program or this Agreement.

8. Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

By joining the urltiger Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
